🚛 The Basics (Gear & Identity)

Does your AI work with my current load board?

Yes. You provide the map (DAT, Truckstop, or TruckSmarter), and our AI "Scout" provides the driver. The Scout Extension reads the load data and sends it to our backend for Sarah or Marcus to begin outreach.

What if I only have a DOT number and no MC yet?

No problem. Our system is Authority Neutral. Whether you identify by MC or DOT, we track your activity and service credits exactly the same.

Do I need a special computer?

No, but the AI Scout requires a laptop or tablet to run the Chrome/Edge extension. You can still manage everything and accept loads from your smartphone via our mobile-first dashboard.

💰 The Costs (Pay-As-You-Go)

Is there a monthly subscription fee?

No. We have replaced monthly fees with a Usage-Based Model. You only pay for the automation actions you take, fueled by $CANDLE.

What is the 2.5% Network Fee?

When you complete a load, a 2.5% dispatch service fee is collected via our factoring bridge. We rebate 75% of that back to you as internal service credits, while the remaining 25% is burned to maintain system scarcity.

🔐 How Automation Fuel Works

What is $CANDLE and why does it matter?

$CANDLE is the infrastructure unit of Green Candle Dispatch. It represents Automation Authority. While you earn $CANDLE as a reward for every load you haul, the token itself is the "fuel" that allows our AI agents to perform high-value tasks like broker negotiations and automated packet submissions for you.

How does the "Pooled Wallet" work?

All network fees flow into a Master Pooled Wallet managed as a digital clearinghouse. Your individual balance is tracked on an Internal Ledger, keeping transaction costs near zero until you are ready to use your rewards.

💳 Spendable Rewards

How do I spend my $CANDLE?

Your Available Fuel can be loaded onto a Green Candle Debit Card for fuel, food, or repairs. We use an internal service value (1 $CANDLE = $1.00) to top up your card. Or use it in-app to power AI negotiations, packet sends, and dispatch automation.

What is a "Call Pack"?

Broker phone calls have hard costs. We offer separate USD Call Packs (e.g., $99 for 300 minutes) so you never waste your automation credits on raw telecommunication fees.

🤖 The Operations

Can I drive for other dispatchers too?

Yes. We don't demand exclusivity. However, you only earn the 75% rebate on loads processed and factored through the Green Candle bridge.

What happens if I stop using the platform?

Your Available Fuel balance remains yours. There is no lock or forfeiture—$CANDLE you've earned stays in your account until you use it for automation or load it onto your Green Candle Debit Card.
